We conduct a non-binding and free initial consultation and discuss the ideas with our customers. Gladly also initially via video conference and/or telephone.

Conditions
Of course, we also need remuneration for our work. For buyers, the commission can go to zero if the buyer decides to plan and continue working with MJanimo. Our remuneration should primarily be generated through subsequent projects in the areas of conversion, modernization, renovation and extensions in Luxembourg, EIFEL, Moselle and throughout Germany.
Conclusion and benefits for a private property purchase
MJanimo is not commission-orientet! We don’t have to focus on making a purchase quickly just to realize the reward/commission.
We take a total view of a property purchase. Planning and potential are not just indicated. Those are specifically developed and visualized in cooperation!
